We also proudly source our cocoa from Northern Colombia from our partner Luker Chocolate, where the farmers are treated fairly, given learning opportunities and the empowerment to thrive. We buy cocoa that’s grown and processed in the country of origin, to maximise the value for the country of origin. We also support the Luker Foundation, by paying extra on top of each kilo of cocoa we buy, which goes to two projects in Northern Colombia. One focuses on youth empowerment through leadership development and growing local pride, and the second is the building of a new wing in a village school, to increase access to secondary education.
